Hello there! Welcome to the ODDS (oibyrd daily deviations)! I find that far too often artists that are a real talent don't get the credit they deserve. It's easy to get lost in the crowd of artists here on dA ... so my mission is to turn a spotlight on those people to give them some more exposure.

PLEASE! Do NOT send me angry notes if I feature an artist that is already quite popular in his or her own right. I feature these dev's not only to help the ignored or unnoticed. I feature these dev's because I LOVE THE ARTWORK. So there.

SANDI'S DISCLAIMER: If you see your work featured in this journal and you prefer not to be, just shoot me a note and I will remove you! Just keep in mind, this is strictly for featuring artists I think deserve attention...it's all about spreading the love and sharing work with others right?

Wow! Thank you so much! I am flattered. I'm glad that you like my 80s rock CD cover - it was a fun one to do! I think this is a great idea you have to feature different artists on this page - you are right, good art can get lost in the millions of entries of deviantart! I see pieces on here all the time and I am amazed they don't get more views.

This is why....I've got so many amazing artists I watch both here and on my art account...I go into my art account faves...then check who MY favorite artists are faving and so on and so on

It's time consuming but I find that the artists I admire have the same taste as me
